Lindsey Roberts

Bio

Coach Lindsey Roberts enters his 4th season as an assistant coach at South Pittsburg High School. Coach Roberts previously coached the defensive line for SPA from 2018-2020. Coach Roberts will coach defensive line and assist with the offensive line. Before coming to South Pittsburg, he coached the defensive line at Boyd Buchanan under Coach Grant Reynolds. Coach Roberts was on the staff at Boyd Buchanan in 2014 and 2015 with Coach Stone. He was a starting defensive lineman on the 2003 State Championship team at Boyd Buchanan as well as the state runner up teams in 2002 and 2004. Coach Roberts has two sons, Cohen (11), and Jalen (9), and is engaged to Stephanie Layne.
